My name is Michele. I’m a functional nutrition therapy practitioner (FNTP).
I specialize in digestive and immune issues with a foundational, holistic approach.
Most of my clients typically have a history of allergies, digestive distress, chronic illnesses, & auto-immune diseases.

We schedule an inexpensive personalized nutrition & lifestyle assessment, in-person or online. This provides me insight into which systems your body are working well and which are under-achieving. We discuss the results & design your individual plan, online or in-person.
What to Expect:
While we wait for your DNA results we will implement simple, basic nutrition & lifestyle changes. This will guide you in improving your grocery shopping choices and lay a better foundation to improving your health.
Once we receive your test results we will discuss specific nutrition deficiencies & lifestyle changes that your DNA indicates will benefit your body better. Our goal is to tailor your daily nutrition & lifestyle choices that will address the root cause of your symptoms & optimize your lifestyle so you can take back the vibrant healthy life you miss. We integrate various therapies designed to seal the gut and accelerate the body’s natural healing process. This includes recommended supplements, lifestyle and shopping tips, meal guides, recipes, and so much more.
